Cost of shipping is calculated using your zip code, the weight and size of the item(s). The best way to find out your shipping total is to add your item(s) to your shopping cart, enter your shipping information and proceed to the billing screen. It will then calculate your shipping total before you finalize your order. We reserve the right to contact you with regard to changes in shipping charges for orders of multiple products. Please do not select expedited shipping on Items marked as free shipping as they will only be sent out using regular services.
Total Time For Delivery
We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible. Many factors contribute to delivery time. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. If you're trying to estimate when your order will arrive, consider the following: Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Orders placed on Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Products being shipped via Express Shipping are automatically upgraded for express processing in our warehouse however the 2-3 days refer to transit times only.

Within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses including APO, FPO & PCS. Please refer to the individual product page for any shipping exclusions.
Ordering Multiple Products
Since products may be shipped from different warehouse locations please do not be alarmed if you do not receive everything in the same shipment. If you purchase multiple products in a single order, your readily available items may delay by the longer-availability items.
Tracking An Order
Every in-stock order that is shipped is given a unique tracking number. You'll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, issues your shipment tracking number, and provides a direct link to the carrier's package-tracking site.

Our Worry Free Return Policy is simple and easy - if you're unhappy with something you've bought from us, you can return it to us within 30 days of placing your order. For more information please read the policy below. Please note some exclusions may apply, see individual product for details. We accept returns 30 days from the date of the purchase. All jewelry is carefully examined and made sure it is in perfect condition before they are sent out to our customers. If an item is either broken or mishandled, JewelsObsession is not responsible for items to be repaired or exchanged. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product.
- Returns must be unused, in the condition you received it. It should be complete with all warranty cards, original box, and instructions.
- Returns are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 20%.
- All Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card, PayPal, etc...) or as a gift certificate.
- If your item came to your doorstep damaged, or if there is a problem with the order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll remedy the situation. For products received damaged or defective, we reserve the right to replace parts. If a replacement part cannot be obtained, a new product will be shipped.
- We do not accept returns on the following items; engraved items, custom orders or on products marked as a "closeout" or "overstock", used products not in new condition, and gift cards. Due to shipping considerations, we are not able to accept returns on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. territories.
How To Return A Product:
- E-mail our service department at Jewels@JewelsObsession.com including your name, order number and phone number and a customer service representative will answer your inquiry within 1-2 business days.
- You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method; however we require a return tracking number on all returns. JewelsObsession.com cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouses.
- Once the item is received and inspected, a credit will be issued or a new item will be sent, as specified on your return packing slip. Credits are processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of return
